�� I love Will Eisner's work and have bought the various Spirit reprints from Warren, Kitchen Sink, and DC. This is the first page of Darwyn's work introducting the Spirit to modern audiences. This Eisner Award winning issue was written by Jeph Loeb with inks by J. Bone. I think Darwyn has done a fine job of creating new Spirit stories. This page introduces Commissioners Dolan and Gordon, but I really love it for the building details and the animals despite the latter's status as trophies.
