Was excited to find this page and that Brian Sieber was nice enough to part with it. In the early nineties I loved this character and was always excited when he showed up.

A villain powering up for the climactic fight sequence ready to take on Superman is somethign to behold! The Superman image is so cool with the forced perspective! But it is Mannheim that gets to break the panel!
