I love the hardboiled Crime Fiction genre, for its depictions of mystery, suspense, jealousy, revenge, and yes, murder! But it's imagery where you don't know exactly what's going on but you can feel the tension and seriousness, that I really love. This cover has that in spades! Haven't read this one but he did murder mysteries about detectives who were safety inspectors!
