It's a great stylish technique Sienkiewicz is pulling from graphic design and modern illustration to make this page so different than anything else on the stands. Especially nice on the third panel where Wilshire brings a warmth with black hair nestled by the blonde hair.

Whether doing all the art himself or just inking someone else, Sienkiewicz's brilliance made this book great!

Oh I just love this X drama. Great find, love that relationship between Kitty and Illyana, beautifully seen here. Years later she will plant the seed of doubt not to marry her older brother Piotr on a rooftop right before their wedding, yes I am still sour about that . . . But atleast in this era they had a solid friendship.
