DescriptionI owned this page from about 1982-1995ish. (give or take a year)I bought it for 60.00 and traded it for about a thousand. Unfortunately, I saw it sell on Heritage a couple years ago for about 11 thousand. Sigh...... Social/Sharing |

I hear ya, hindsight is 20/20....I have some pages that I sold for $50-100 that then went for thousands. Very sad...

Take heart my friend.For a brief yet beautiful time you were the caretaker of a major league art creation.Money is money but art for the sake of art...I can say truly you had great taste!!

But, like you said, I got to have it for a decade or so....so, that doesn't suck.

and just to rub a little more salt in the wound: it's probably worth even more today than the $11k it sold for

I guess the lesson learned is if you're a person with a normal income (where you can't just buy and sell stuff like this every day), and you find yourself fortunate enough to wind up with something like this, you have to almost ignore the dollar value and just take good care of it and enjoy it. Until your kids start college, I suppose.....
