Description

With painting size measuring 11 by 14 inches (the canvas itself measures approximately 13 by 16 inches) this stunning painting features the main cast members of the 1941 classic Universal Monsters film The Wolf Man. With Lon Chaney, Jr. in his iconic role as Larry Talbot (the Wolf Man) taking the center of the image, he is surrounded by his love interest, the beautiful Evelyn Ankers as Gwen Conliffe, screen legend Claud Rains as Larry's father (Sir John Talbot), Maria Ouspenskaya as the mysterious gypsy woman Maleva, and another great horror icon, Bela Lugosi as Bela, who is responsible for passing the curse of lycanthropy on to Larry. Painted my master painter Sanjulian, the painting is in nm/mint and undisplayed condition
