I got this from Dave Crosland at Wizardworld Chicago 2005. He said that they are a generic hero/villan duo, I don't remember what it was for, I just thought it was a really cool painting.

It certainly is a cool painting. I love it myself. Looks kida like it could be used for a cover of the ROBIN comic book if he ever goes toe to toe with the PENGUIN. Nevertheless, very cool piece.
