Description

A now calmer Bucky explains his plan to the Patriot to assemble a new team to help rescue the Invaders and take down the Red Skull. The station owner agrees, and with everyone now on the same page, Bucky takes to the airwaves to begin his appeal for help. But will anyone respond, and if so, will it be in time?

The original game plan was to have one artist draw all the pages in each sequence. Unfortunately, Dario Carrasco, Jr. was until to draw the third page in this 3-page sequence due to other commitments. But as luck would have it, I came across a very talented up-and-comer while browsing through the CAF gallery of my friend and commissioned comic art connoisseur Kevin Moorhead: Emmanuel Xerx Javier! A perusal through his DeviantArt page convinced me he was the right man to pinch hit for Dario. Emmanuel was a pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced to boot. Mr. Javier is pretty faithful to Don's orignal page concept.
