Can't be that hot if they are all bunched on top of each other in panel one. These tough bandit types sure like to play pretend scared if it gets them some human contact.

Very cool Jonah Hex page. Tony DeZuniga does a terrific job here of setting up a sense of mystery here. The character of El Diablo sometimes appeared in Jonah Hex stories with supernatural abilities that were never fully explained. Fun page!
