I've always felt that I am an above average mental patient, so maybe I could learn to do that trick...

#humblebrag. I mean, it's in his head, and you gotta give yourself SOME credit for getting outta something like this...
Sweet 4th panel! Congrats, JC!

Its pages like this that made me overconfident in my ability to be a masked vigilante as a youth.

No, the next step is not getting out of the cell. The next step is trying to avoid Bubba in the communal shower!!!

That's my stripper name - Bucketful of Bedbugs. I have bruises from all the coins thrown at me. Not a lot paper for whatever reasons...

Huge a coincidence. I go by Shank Taylor Nut and in Canada our ones are coins called loonies. Always one person who does not bother to take them out of the roll.

I mean, not the worst thing. A whole roll can could really fool the drunks if that Canadian cold doesn't have you at your most presentable...

They weren't wrong to put Shank Taylor or Bruce Wayne in the looney bin. Maybe everyone in Gotham knows Bruce Wayne is Batman and they are all just playing along to humor this "eccentric" billionaire.

this page is too triggering for me. I'll just be over here curled into the fetal position for awhile thinking about Alfred and my breath.

I love that Batman image, it's beautiful. But what I think is even cooler is the very early appearance and verbal mention of Arkham Asylum!

Fun Batman page from Irv Novick and Frank McLaughlin. I always enjoyed the issues of Batman where we could see how he pulled off his great escapes or other tricks. Here, we get almost a step-by-step guide in how to get out of a strait jacket, just in case we ever need to. Love that third panel with the image of Batman looking on as "Shank Taylor" begins to free himself from the Psych Ward. Anyway, it's a beautifully drawn and inked page from a great era. Fantastic pick-up, congrats.
