Description

Bret is a class act and exceeded my expectations with this commission. He shared many stories from the Nocenti/Jr Jr daredevil era including the fact that he assisted Al Williamson on some of the inks to meet deadline. This commission combines some of my favourite things:
- the X-men 219 cover
- the Ann Nocenti DD time period
- Daredevil

This is absolutely fantastic! I remember as a kid being freaked out by how threatening the X-Men looked on the cover to issue 219. To do a recreation with Daredevil was a brilliant idea.
