Description

Homage to the classic Nick Cardy Superman #276 cover. In that issue Superman fights "Captain Thunder".

Love the faces of the people as they're running for their lives. In the Justice League Unlimited episode "Clash", you kind of see this scene happened. As soon as Superman and Captain Marvel start to fight, everybody is running for cover, even Lex Luthor. The expression of terror on his face is priceless.

Mr. Ordway really knocked this out of the part. The detailed backgrounds might have even too longer to draw than the main figures!
