Description

Getting to meet and talk with Brandon peterson was the high point of Megacon this year- a super cool guy, he told me and two others when he was setting up that he could watercolor only a few commissions- and all three of us jumped at the idea before any price was even mentioned!

I told him I wanted a Tony Stark piece and Brandon said he had a great pose hed been wanting to do for a while and it went from there- now it's the most eye-catching piece on my wall!

While Bob Layton is the definitive Iron Man artist for me and perhaps a generation of Marvel readers, sometimes when you pursue unexpected and unusual pairings of artist and character, you can make magic. That's what you have here. A great head sketch by Brandon that really captures the character in a special way. Congratulations!
