Splash featuring Manitou Dawn with Green Arrow, Cold Cast and Kasumi (undercover Batgirl).

In this era, 2 characters were introduced that stuck with me - Manitou Raven and his wife Dawn. In an earlier issue of JLE, Manitou Raven sacrificed himself. He seemed to be an alternate take on Apache Chief. If you watched the Super Friends cartoon back in the 70s, you know who that is. Like Apache Chief, Manitou would say "Inukchuk!" to call on powers that included size growth. In this issue, his wife Dawn became Manitou Dawn taking over Raven's mantle. I do not remember much of this story. But, I remember some of the gorgeous artwork plus these two characters. Glad to have this really cool page.
