Awesome Floating-on-Air Pose...Compelling Figurative illustration!!

Fernandez does a great job at making you feel the figure suspended in air fighting against gravity with the pose over the blank background. The window of clouds gives the horizontal direction to the compsition affecting hair and cape for a more dramatic design showing a moment that the young Superman takes to enjoy his power of flight.
