It's from the 90's during the beginnings of CCG popularity. As artwork itself, this plays in the darker range with the only light in the rays of yellow that manage to break through.

Ohh thant's an amazing description mate, thanks a lot, It's clear Eric did a fantastic job with this one. But for me the card design is much fancy, probably my favorite of the whole game.
