I found a very rough convention sketch of the 70 done by Neal and asked for a elabourated commission. That is the result: A classic 70 Batman done by the classic 70 Batman artist.

Love the way Neal made his cape flow over him and left it less detailed than Batman himself. Makes you really focus on the center of the art.

I agree with Gregg. I love how the focus is drawn to the center of the piece and the simple cape also makes a nice dramatic effect. An instant classic!
