DescriptionMy FIRST (and to date, ONLY) John Byrne piece... I desperately wanted to own something from Mr. Byrne's seminal 1980's Superman/Action Comics run, and am very proud to say I finally achieved that goal! Here is a beautiful page by Mr. Byrne, with inks by the inimitable Ty Templeton. This is from Action Comics #598, the first appearance of Checkmate, and features Lois Lane in all her glory. This is sure to be a page I will treasure for years to come, and I would like to thank Jim Warden for helping me procure it.Social/Sharing |

Congratulations! Great page - love those crisp inks! Definitely one to treasure for years, and Mighty Jim Warden is a super awesome gentleman to deal with, amirite?
