Lee kills this - the weight and volume of the characters is the star of this to me. The bulk of Venom and the thin/scrawny Spider-Man. Then you take Lee's style and this looks like an illustration from Life magazine. Love this image!

Really nice that the action follows a direction that runs perpendicular to the buildings shown in the off angle. Jae Lee's spindly Spider-Man versus the thickness of Venom is a great contrast of styles.
