Had this for a bit, and about time I shared it. This is the Infinity Crusade Poster Pure Pencils by Jim Starlin. This is Jim's pencils and I believe that they were then inked on a separate board, but I can't get a full answer on this.

Regardless, I love them! The colored poster is also below.

Some story information:

Adam Warlock senses a cosmic disturbance and contacts Eternity to talk about it; Eternity rebuffs him and he is then confronted by his good half, the Goddess, who zaps him away; The most spiritual minded of the heroes of earth are contacted by the Goddess and asked to join in her crusade for universal enlightnement; They join her quest and are teleported away, leaving confused teammates behind; As the remaining heroes gather to try and figure out where their missing companions have gone, the Goddess forms a planet and Paradise Omega for her followers.

It's as if the whole universe is at stake! IT there's an artist who couold handle the big picture, you gotta call in Starlin to not only draw, but to create the whole story around it.

Oh man, Jim Starlin pure pencils to the Infinity Crusade poster? Cool! Seeing his raw linework before inks and colors is like looking at cosmic storytelling in its purest form. But the real fun is spotting all the heavy hitters. So many legendary characters packed into one scene!

I believe this is a prelim. It's a complicated design and probably required some planning. I've seen the finished inked piece and it has visible pencils on it. But still very cool!
