Description

Don Simpson was selling art from his spectacular KING KONG mini series. I inquired about a page it turned out he had already sold. I then asked about any pages with Kong on the Empire State Building. Realizing he had somehow not really drawn a splash style page of Kong in the climactic scene, Don offered to do a commission for me and here it is! Sort of a "splash page that should have been". Makes a nice bookend to my Kong vs T. rex commission also by Don Simpson.
