Here is a page from Top Ten: 49ers by Gene Ha and written by Alan Moore. The inkwash and the details in the background on the last panel really have to be appreciated in person. Sadly this is yet another one of those semi-modern pages that has no lettering on it as this was probably done digitally.

I've just seen your post of it in one of the related forums and I HAD to drop a line, as this page is simply stunning !!! Gene Ha is one of the very best in the industry and this is a top example !
