As is evident from this gallery, I don't buy a lot of published covers. But once in a while, one crosses my path that I simply have to own, and this was one such. Mike McKone's striking portrait was published both in a color version and as a black and white retailer incentive variant.

Thanks to Mike McKone's art rep, Tatiana Dykes at TD Art Sales, for making the transaction as smooth as the blade on Dejah's impressive sword.

Just love McKone's work - really like the creative license he took with Dejah's flowing hair. Congrats - great cover!

Very tight control! When a pin up is so well done that it stands on its own to dominate as a cover.
