Description

For sale very rare original charcoal sketch by Basil Gogos.
This was purchased directly from Basil and is a preliminary sketch done for the cover of Famous Monster Chroniclers II, which was done In the 1990s.
This is a large piece measuring 11 inches by 19 inches

Comes with a letter of provenance which includes a photo of Basil Gogos holding the art up. The photo of Basil was taken a few weeks before Basil passed away, and could possibly be the last photo taken of him.
