Description

For those that have had the pleasure of reading Morrison's run it really was something special, and still is.

In my opinion no single issue better defined his story arc then issue #9. Yup this cover really does say it all.

This was a great issue. Congrats on this cover, Bolland was IMO the best working cover artist for more than a decade

I must have skipped this issue, cause the tone reminds me of the Justice Leage Europe and Justice League international days. Bolland is known for his tragic covers, but he can be a stunning humoriist too. Drama is overrated anyway.

Hilarious Animal Man cover by Brian Bolland! Love this scene of Animal Man opening up his door only to find it's J'onn J'onzz, the Martian Manhunter and he's brought two handymen to look for bugs and bombs in the apartment. Or that, at least, is my take on the cover. Funny image, beautifully drawn and inked. Brain Bolland is one of those artists who make everything they touch look phenomenal. He is, in my opinion, one of the most talented cover artists ever. Great pick-up, congrats!
