An evil king on horseback commands a massive black dragon to defend his dark castle from offending forces in this chaotic battle scene painted by Rebecca Magar. High Command was illustrated for the album cover of Cultic’s first release, “High Command.”

Love the lighter colors in the middle – lighting from the fire – giving the scene depth.
