Description

Shown here is the variant cover for Supergirl - Woman of Tomorrow #1 by Gary Frank. As I understand it, this story has Kara (Supergirl) powerless on a planet with a red sun where she is approached by a young alien female whose home planet destroyed and she seeks revenge. Not exactly the Superman/Supergirl creed. This is an 8-part story written by Tom King with art by Bilquis Evely. It is supposed to hit the stands this week... June 15th. 2021.

Oddly enough, I arranged to buy this cover over a month ago and received last Thursday. So much for DC holding onto the art anymore...

You're on a pretty good roll with all these great Gary Frank pieces. I've been a fan since his original runs on Hulk and Supergirl. Can't wait to see what you pick up next.
