Description

Ken Penders worked on Sonic the Hedgehog universe for Archie Comics for a long time.

I recently was reminded that Ken was frequently available for commissions and it occurred to me that he'd be a terrific choice for one of my faux Sugar and Spike #100 covers. So, I wrote and asked. Ken said that he had a great idea and I agree.

On this cover we have:

The original pen and ink drawing was digitally colored and Ken sent us both for the original price. He also included a signed Sonic comic for my grandson, Lars.

Kathy said he was the easiest and most professional person that she has commissioned. She was very happy and so am I.

A terrific addition to your collection, Alex. Ken certainly knows how to fill a cover with characters, but still keeping everything clean and well-composed. Happy, Happy Birthday Alex!
