Years ago I saw a Brunner homage to this cover using Burroughs' Mars characters. Seeing it was one of those, "Why didn't I think of that?" moments. Obviously, this shows that Frazetta's cover opens itself up to many interesting possibilities. I love the use of the Metaluna Mutant here.
