Description

Finally I`ve had a chance pick up a rarely appearing Dermot Power art.
I grew up on his comics and always wanted one of his painting of Dredd or Slaine. He was one of the very first artists I have ever met in comic book store for adults together with BIZ, Staples, Mignola .. I remember in the early 90s when the new comics magazine called CREW (in Czech spelled as KREV which means blood) started publishing all the most amazing contemporery comic's stories. I have studied a school of Art back then and just like me my classmates used to love Slaine or Dredd also and many of them used to try to reproduce his art.
It is such a pity he was in the comic busines for such a short time. This one is probably my most nostalgic piece I have in collection. And yes, on the opposite side of printed 2000ad prog is nice Slaine poster which I of course missed on romitaman shop :/

Finally I can check out Slaine and I`m going start finding any of his Judge Dredd/Batman art.
