Wow! Wow! Wowzers! This is Batman #63 - May 1958 ( EBAL - Brazil) original pen and ink art on 19 x 13 inches on comic artist board by Dick Sprang penciler and Stan Kaye inker of a reprint of the 1957 Batman 1940. This is the original cover for the 1958 Batman No. 63 by Ebal publishing. Sprang and kaye drew the art from designs of their story in the 1957 Batman #106 issue called "Batman's Secret Helper" I have put a copy of page 8 of that issue to show their ideas in that American story. Sprang and Kaye then designed and drew the cover for the 1958 Ebal publishing of Batman No. 63 and used their title of their story "Batman's Secret Helper""O Auxiliar Secreto De Batman" as the sub-title for the Brazilian cover of Ebal Publishing Batman No.63 from 1958.
