Description

My first exposure to Bill's work was via his contribution to my favorite Role Playing Game, Villains & Vigilantes. These characters are from the module he wrote and did the art for, Death Duel with the Destroyers.
Most of these characters would be reinvented as enemies for the Elementals.

This is the crown in my WIllingham collection. When Bill offered a commission opportunity for one character with background at his discretion I told him I would like either Iron Maiden or ratman. He thrilled me with both charatcers and a couple more teammates for included. I absolutely adore this piece.
