Description

It wasn't until Bruno was put on Nightwing that I started noticing his art, and i'm sure he flew under the radar for many people as well. This was an older commission that was done, and finally pulled the trigger on purchasing it after admiring it for a couple of years.

A beautiful mixed media commission done on 11x17 comic board. Per Bruno, this was digital pencils that he lightly printed out, inked, and added tones with Copic markers. All of this is fitting as he is primarily a digital artist, so having a complete commission like this is a rare opportunity. I'd love some published original art, but he's gone the route of monoprints, and that's just not my cup of tea.

That's awesome, man. Great pose as well as the lighting and shading effects. It almost looks digital, which is cool! Him being a digital artist mostly...sweet that you were able to get such a killer traditional piece by him. Congrats!

The really deep inks and the tonal shadows really make the piece come alive!

Fabulous Batman commission! Bruno really captures the spirit of the Dark Knight here! I love his use of highlights and shadow! Great pick-up!
