Any idea if this was a comic graphic novel or a real novel? Mexico starting I think i nthe 1960s did long graphic novels 200 + pages with covers like these and the yappeared at least monthly so there were hundreds of differen titles.

That was actually published monthl or semi-monthly! a 200 page pocket size novel every 30 days or less! Have a couple of them stil here somewhere
