Description

We're less than a month from the anniversary John's passing. It's starting to hit me hard. It's hard not to think about it. John was one of the most talented artists in the business. His talent was only overshadowed by his good nature. He was incredibly kind, and it didn't matter if he knew you or not. It's just who he was.

I've had this for a number of years, and as I think of John, I just wanted to post it. Especially this page, John provided delicate details around a tender moment between mother and daughter. This would be the same way John would treat a friend or a stranger.

A lot of fans feel that the series and Cassaday's art really hit its stride in these issues! Some goregeous fashion magazine photoshoot style panels! The center panel is that of a woman you love caught in a perfect snapshot that will linger in memory.
