Thanks to the wonderful John Butler, the Eisner Chair now resides in my collection!

I've been wanting to put something special in my home office, and have admired the chairs that John Butler has created using scans of original art. As he and I talked about it, it became clear to me that Will Eisner is the perfect focus for me. True, the Spirit isn't your normal superhero, and it takes a little more explaining to the civilians that visit my home, but to me it's a perfect blend of storytelling and history.

Unlike many of the other chairs John has designed, and because Eisner is known for his groundbreaking storytelling ability, John put the panels in sequential order. So, you can actually read the story off of the chair. THANKS JOHN!!

All you need to do now is write a comic story, get it published, achieve aclaim and accolades for the work....then you can put an sit in your Eisner chair cradling your Eisner Award.
