Description

Plaid Lad tried out for the Legion of Super-Heroes in Legionnaires #2 (May 1993) but was rejected.

I always thought that if the Subs ever had an actual Legion of Substitute Villains he would be a great addition to battle Color Kid.

I had Dan Parent do a sketch cover for me of them in battle.
