She does have the cufflinks with the logo in them so I am going to say probably was a Playboy...Do you have a year date? I can check my Playboy magazine catalogue.

That would be great if you found out where it was used! I figured it was Playboy as well but I don't have much in the way of reference material to this era of the magazine. It's definitely later than some of the earler pin-ups he'd done for them. He did do some earlier stuff that was used in the Playboy VIP magazines which I collect but they are too early for the art I have. There's a bunch he did around the same time and you can see them here:

I'm just remembering that I read this a while back and I'm pretty sure mine is one of the 28 pin-ups he did during 2006-2009 that Playboy bought only five of. And since a bunch of these came up for auction at once and came from the estate of Don Lewis, that these were possibly the ones Playboy did not purchase and Don still had in his collection...
