Description

Matthew is one of those artists who can do anything or at least try his best. I've dealt with artists that aren't comfortable with drawing certain characters or versions of characters outside their wheelhouses. For me, I don't have one commission of Victor Fries in his 70's-80's costume. Matthew is so professional and confident, he works his hardest to give you what you request. So, he gave me the character in the costume I requested while still keeping the mood and tone from the back story that was created in BTAS. On top of all of that, Matthew told me that this was the very first time painting a piece. Damn!! First time?! I look forward to seeing his style continue to develop over time. This piece is perfect and I can't thank him enough. Not only an amazing artist but a truly nice guy.

This came out great. Love the colors (wow, first time painter?!) and the pose - lends to an emotive image. Congrats!
