Description

Spent a long time at Wizard World Chicago 2012 trying to get this illustration. Talent Caldwell didn't show up till 1:15pm (show started at 10). Despite being first on his list for the day I was the only one that was there Saturday that got their art if they were on the list. I know this as I did not leave the Con until 730PM that day with the art (first on the list remember) and even masqueraded as Talent (wore his badge so I wouldn't get kicked out by security) while he finished.

Despite how long it took I was extremely pleased with how it turned out. I'm sure the next time I see him that he will not forget who I am. My wife & kids (who were waiting in the car) won't forget either.

He based it on the animated Red Hood, he didn't care for the comic version.

Absolutely love this piece. Good choice in using the Animated style look as well. If you ever decide to part with it please let me know.
