DescriptionThis is a rare double page spread from DC Event Leviathan #1 by Alex Maleev, the only original from the book, as the rest was done digitally. Really so excited to own this one, it has been my favourite Batman piece since I first saw it! 14x20" on Arches hot press paper.Social/Sharing |

Oh wow!!! Absolutely beautiful Batman DPS! I like the shaddows, and the baterang, and how Alex turns the cape into bats. And finally, Batman not on a gargoyle. Congrats, Annabel

MASSIVE congratulations on this absolutely WONDERFUL piece! Wow! Call me crazy, but as great as Alex's Batman is (and it IS), his architecture (how well it is executed, and how he integrates it into the page and story) just blows me away. As fun as the Batman is to study here, that ledge he's standing on is just absolutely incredible. :) Love it! Congrats again!

Thanks so much, Jason! I completely agree, honestly, the detail of what he is standing on is so incredible, it strikes even more in hand! Wish you could see it in hand too. :-)

Awesome! So much to look at with this image. Great Bats, love his expression, and the detailing of all those bats kind of merging/emerging out of his cape...SUCH a cool effect. Big congats!

Wow! Striking DPS of Batman! Love howy Maleev gives the architecture as much importance in his rendering as the character! I love a cover that has a sense of place!
