DescriptionThis giant 19 x 24 commission is what mentally took me to the next level in my OA collecting. I had never spent as much on any published piece, let alone a commission.Paul nailed this for me. His version of the climactic tanker chase is tremendous. Action, movement, and suspense are all reflected in this intense piece. I am sure any fan of 'The Road Warrior' would agree. Thank you to Paul Pope and Felix Lu for this grand slam. Social/Sharing |

That’s an awesome commission by Paul, congrats Kris. And I fully understand how you felt, the daredevil I got by Paul, was my jump into the deep end for OA.

Seeing this like this makes me really want to get on the next list Paul does. Although i'd also love to see Battling Boy originals go up at some point as well.

There have been many great Pope commissions as of late, and this one is one of my favorites. In fact, it’s the piece that pushed me over the edge to deciding into going for the oversized option this time when Paul’s commission list opened back up. Congrats!

When I got a Pope panel page, I knew they were oversized, but it still kind of blew me away when I got to hold it in my hands and look at it up close. Still, I can only imagine how awesome that moment was when you opened the package and saw this. Cheers!
