DescriptionMany call the Ed Brubaker/Steve Epting run on Capt. America a modern classic. Throughout the Winter Soldier/Red Menace storyline and into this issue that culminates with The Death of Captain America, we see memories of the WW II years of Cap & Bucky (distinguished by Epting's beautiful wash inking). I don't know much about modern comic art, but I love a page where so much is conveyed with a few choice images. After seeing that in so many of Epting's Cap pages, I decided I had to own one.Social/Sharing |
