Description

This was the first cover of the series that I saw, and it was absolutely captivating.

It's a wonderful illustration, and works perfectly as a cover. There is depth, artistry, and a compelling story that immediately makes me want to know more.

As always, a staggering amount of effort and skill has gone into the piece, and Yuko's signature style comes shining through.

Love it.

Yup, visual fireworks here, as everything on the page - the fronds, the scoop of the wiring,, the gaze, the rocket, the flare of the palms on top - lifts the viewer's eye up, up, up... and away, as the brain takes over to locate a copy of the book in order to find out what exactly is going on. Fantastic set of covers, ML, and yet another comic work your awesome gallery will send me running into the arms of. Thanks (as always :) )!
