X-men 25 & Wolverine 75 (Fatal Attractions) were the first two comic books I bought off the newsstand as a kid. The following month for my birthday I was able to choose one comic book to get a subscription to and chose Wolverine. (to find out what happened to him after he had his adamantium ripped out!) I can't say enough good things about Adam Kubert's run on Wolverine. Maybe it's just because this is the style of art I was exposed to first, but for my money Adam Kubert draws Wolverine as well as anybody, and looking back I can't think of another part of the series that I enjoyed more than Adam Kubert & Larry Hama's run on the title.

Adam drew some truly amazing covers during that time period but I think this one might be my favorite. Adam did the pencils & inks, and there are no stats. (Everything including the lettering is hand drawn onto the board)

I can't thank Adam enough for taking pity on me and agreeing to sell this one!

This is amazing. I have similar thoughts (and a similar time of entry into Wolverine) on the Hama/Kubert run. Amazing piece. I cannot believe there are no stats. That is great.
