I love Alex Toth! He loved art and it shows. This was part of a cartoon pitch that he made for a Little Orphan Annie Cartoon. I'm guessing the pitch was to Hanna Barbara, since that's where he did cartoons. But if anyone knows more happy to add it to the description. I love this picture. Currently resides in a frame on my wall.
