My first published page from Elsa Charretier from her latest series with Matt Fraction, November. For anyone who hasn't read the series, I loved it. This page, honestly I'm not sure why I was able to get it. I hadn't finished the story when I initially picked my page. About a month later, I got a very apologetic email from Elsa stating that my page had actually already been selected (after she had told me that it was mine, on the day I first selected it). She even offered to refund my money... but y'all know that art is way better than silly money! lol. So at this point I had read the whole series, and so when she asked if there were any other pages that i'd like? I immediately asked if this one was available.

I wont put spoilers, but this page is literally the culmination of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd instalments of the series. It's the first time when all of the major characters finally come together. It's the moment of the biggest climax of the story... i think that was nebulous enough to not ruin it for people who haven't read it yet.

So, I'm hugely stoked on this page. I've had it on display in my office, in a plastic sheet, since it arrived the other week. As I've said if you haven't read this series I definitely recommend giving it a go. I'm also hugely stoked that Elsa's current project has her both writing and drawing. She said on her IG account the other day that she's finished with the first issue, and is now moving on to issue #2. I'm looking forward to reading it, and hopefully getting a sweet page!

I really love how she inks her pages. So fluid but simple in a good way. Love this page! Congrats!

I do too! If you havent yet, you should check out her youtube channel. Lots of insights to be had! She's a total nerd, it's great!

Great page. I agree, her inks are fantastic. I love how this page flows. Framing on the top of the page and the eye just flows down from face to face and then you take in the details. Wow.

A very cool page, congrats! Are you reading Love Everlasting? I'm not sure what is going on with the Elsa written and drawn book as this new book seems like it's going to be going for years, but I will say I think it's off to a good start.
