I feel incredibly fortunate to display this beautiful page from Jonathan Hickman�s superb �New Avengers� run. Filled to overflowing with the typical Bianchi passion, fluidity, and life he infuses into his linework, this one goes a step further with spot colors that vault the thing into the stratosphere (can they really be called �spot colors� when half the page or more is drenched in such chromatic richness?). It�s crazy and wonderful that he is a craftsman who puts in such time to "finish" his pages to this extent - to this particular level of personal satisfaction - and create such a layered treasure.

(Both Simone and Riccardo Pieruccini are credited as inkers on this issue; don't know who did this particular page.)

This page is fantastic. Simply love the bronze/copper in bottom with red at top. Soooo jealous of this one. Great pick up!
