Description

I've long appreciated Richard Corben's art stylistically but was never motivated to read anything of his so he was just an artist who's work I admired. And then he drew Hellboy. A perfect marriage of character and artist. Unlike Fegredo who was a natural match for Mignola, Corben stepped in a little off center of that. BLAM.

I love the little touches on the original itself - the hand-drawn BLAM, obviously, but also how Richard adds the Ⓒ Mignola.
