Description

John Romita Jr�s Spider-Man is one of my favourite Spider-Man. His work on Spider-Man is fantastic and just shows the vast experience he has. When his stuff is good, it is really good. He can create pages that are beautiful, impactful, and seem effortless - but are still quintessentially JRJR.

As Glen points out, this cover seems to be a homage to Frank Miller�s Daredevil Cover 186, which makes sense as Cover 87 from the same run looks like a homage to Steve Ditko.

The Spidey figure is cool but that perspective shot really take the piece home! Very nice, indeed. Congrats!

Such a great cover! Reminds me of Miller's DD 186 cover. This might be even better.

I, too, love JrJr's style though I think Williamson's inks over him are best. RE: the Millier DD cover, is Spidey standing on the side of that building or falling? Hard to tell. In any event, great image! Congratulations!
